This was a great experience from start to finish. Tim came to our home and met with me and listened to what our needs were and explained all the options that we had to choose from. It was important to me to understand the details of what was going into putting a new roof on our house, and what the needs were to have the right materials of the right quality. He showed me physical samples of the roofing material that he would be putting on the house and explained the importance and the purpose of each one and how they work together as a roofing system. After this, Tim and I walked around the house and surveyed the various needs that had been discussed previously and he took careful notice of of all the various attributes that our roof has including various features such as our solar fan and where the vent pipes are and the other particulars including the very high pitch of the roof. Tim also noted that the current gutters on the house were the wrong size for the pitch of the roof and the flow of water that would be coming down it and suggested that we go with a larger size. He also said that he would give us free leaf guards with the gutters. I solicited bids from five other contractors at the same time and none of them gave me this kind of attention or detail. So I called Tim and asked when can you come and do the job, and was promptly scheduled. Tim ordered the necessary materials well in advance so that they would be here in time for the installation. When job day came his crew showed up on time and did the installation in one day. They came back the next day to do finishing touches and an excellent job of cleanup. My wife and I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with a job well done and how much we love our new roof and gutters. The excellent work of Tim’s talented crew has enhanced the value of our home, and our neighbors have taken notice of how overall our home looks brand new. And not only did the good Lord send Tim our way, we have also gained a new friend as well! We highly recommend Tim Leonard’s contracting services and we would give them seven stars if we could!

Once we decided to replace the roof, we felt confident the work would be completed as promised. That’s exactly what happened! The roof is beautiful. The young men who replaced the roof were on time, worked and tidied up giving the house a facelift! No more leaks or moss on the roof!!!

Tim was very helpful throughout the process. He came several times to check on the progress of the project. He even had the team rework an area that I hadn’t even noticed. His team worked extremely hard & did a great job cleaning up.
